The Lamancha goat was declared a dairy goat breed around the 1950’s and have the smallest ears of all the goat breeds. Along with being another great show animal, they are best known for their gentle disposition and a high butterfat milk production which makes for a rich and creamy milk or cheese to be enjoyed by all!
