The Nigerian Dwarf breed is one of the smallest dairy goat breeds in the US. They come from the West African area and have short erect ears. These little goats may give smaller quantities of milk, but it contains the second highest amount of butterfat of all the goats. Nigies, as they are often called, have a lovable and friendly temperament and are easy to handle. These characteristics make them great for showing, 4H projects, goat yoga and pets!
